Black & White Chili Oil
This limited-edition ceramic bottle is hand-painted by local artisans of the Puglia region of Italy, where the award-winning Frantoio Galantino olive mill is located. It is filled with their delicious, spicy, chili pepper-fused extra virgin olive oil made using an ancient technique of crushing the olives and peperoncino together without the use of any added essences. The result is an intense, bright and spicy flavor, recommended for seasoning legumes, soups, pasta and pizza.
Since 1926, the Galantino family has mastered the craft of extra virgin olive oil in Biscelgie, near Bari, in Puglia. They meticulously select the finest Ogliarola and Coratina olives from their groves, hand-harvesting them traditionally and milling with granite millstones.
